Cancellation Policy

**48 Hour Cancellation Policy** Upon booking with new guests, you are required to have a valid card on file. I/we understand that this can be an issue or concern for some. Know that after entering the card or #, I am no longer able to view any of the information other than the last 4 digits. All information is stored on a secure network. If no card is available, you are welcome as a walk in appointment. I understand sometimes schedules change or emergencies happen, with that said, I respectfully require 48 hour notice for all cancellations. You should receive a reminder text 72 hours before scheduled appointment. Please confirm or cancel at this time. If you fail to cancel prior to the 48 hours, 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or no call/no show, your card will be charged 100% of the service booked. Also. on weeks that are in high demand such as the holidays, 100% of the service will be charged if you don't cancel 48 hours prior to appointment. Emergencies are determined case by case. If you have scheduled a specific service and decide at your appointment that you no longer need something but I have you scheduled for it, that is also considered a last minute cancellation and will be charged accordingly. **For example: We had discussed and decided to schedule you for an all over highlight and cut but you came in only needing a partial hilite or decided you didn't need a cut, that leaves me with an hour or so gap that I could have filled with someone else. My books typically fill up about 2~3 weeks in advance (more during Nov-Dec) and I know all would like the first available. This could help alleviate some of that. Excessive cancellations, after 3 times (in a row) you will be put on a walk-in only basis. All of these requirements are put in place to protect my livelihood and create the best experience for you. Last minute cancellations and no shows leave me with unpaid gaps. I appreciate your business and want to continue to serve you!
